Privacy policy

Effective date: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tick-All ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Tick-All mobile application ("the App"). We take your family's privacy seriously, particularly because the App is designed to be used by children.

1. Information we collect

Tick-All is designed to work offline and stores all gameplay data locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store your personal data.

Data stored locally on your device only:

This data lives entirely on your device. It is not backed up to our servers, not shared with us, and not accessible to us. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it.

2. Purchases (Family Pass)

Tick-All offers an optional one-off purchase called the Family Pass (£2.99). Payments are processed securely by the relevant app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage and verify purchase entitlements.

We do not collect, see, or store your payment card details at any point. RevenueCat may process a random anonymous identifier to confirm your purchase. No name, email address, or personal information is required or collected as part of this process.

For more information on how RevenueCat handles data, please see their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

All in-app purchases must be approved by the device account holder (a parent or guardian). A parental gate is displayed before any purchase is initiated.

3. Children's privacy

Tick-All is operated by a parent or guardian and designed for families to enjoy together, including young children under direct parental supervision. Because all data remains on-device and is never transmitted to us, the App is designed from the ground up to be safe for children to use.

We do not display advertising, track user behaviour for marketing purposes, or share any data with advertisers.

4. Analytics

The Tick-All native app does not currently use any analytics services. An associated website (tickall.vercel.app) uses Vercel Analytics, which collects anonymous, aggregated traffic data with no personally identifiable information. This website is separate from the App.

5. Third-party services

The App integrates with the following third-party service:

6. Data security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, its security is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (screen lock, device encryption). We recommend keeping your device software up to date.

7. Your rights and data deletion

All Tick-All gameplay data (players, hunts, scores, settings) is stored only on your device - we cannot access it, and uninstalling the App removes it completely.

The only data held outside your device is the random anonymous identifier processed by RevenueCat to manage purchases (see Section 2). To request deletion of this identifier, email us at tickallapp@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". No proof of identity is needed - just tell us the approximate date you used the App. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. No other personal data is collected or retained, so there is nothing further to delete.

If you have any questions or concerns about your privacy, please contact us at tickallapp@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at tick-all.com/privacy and will take effect from the date of posting.
